I got mine at Sportsman's Warehouse on I-17 and ??Rose Garden??.  Pretty decent pricing, and they have a lot of accessories there (I also bought the wide base used for sand/mud).

I thought 4 wheel parts had pretty decent prices all around. There is one in Tucson. Is there one in Phoenix?
